1. Excellent place for repair work. Mr Naik the owner being experienced in industry as well as knowledgeable in automotive systems, he cooperates by all means. Most importantly People here are ready to do prolonged diagnosis of the problem trying multiple solutions until a solution or combination of multiple works. 2. In my case I took 5th gen Verna diesel SX for brake issue. I reached out to 3 Hyundai service centres. One Hyundai location asked to replace ABS module which is 154k Rs part which wasn’t the root cause we found in the end. Other two Hyundai people asked similar to procure multiple new parts which also wasn’t true. I had issue only with one part. At Hyundai I could have got charged 6-8 times changing unwanted parts due to lack of integrity and transparency. But Luck garage was honest, transparent and reasonable. 3. Lucky garage people are open to share important sources for parts as well as other good service locations. 4. Owner Mr. Naik himself is personally looking after into repair stuffs. He has good understanding of the systems and importantly communicates it well to customers. Same observation for his staff as well. 5. Honest and understanding behaviour from technicians. They buy customers opinion too and they think over it. 6. Transparent and honest to customers only asking for needed work and don’t charge customers unnecessary for unwanted or undone work.
